Partner Restaurants

Restaurants that participate in the Bacchus Club program. Please refer to Partner Restaurants.

Cellar Wine List

The curated wine list with the MSRP backed by Bacchus Club at each Partner Restaurant. Please note that each Partner Restaurant might offer a different mixture of wines from other vendors along with wines from Bacchus Club and each Partner Restaurant might list the wines for prices different from the MSRP. If it is unclear whether a wine is backed by Bacchus Club and a wine's MSRP, please check the Cellar Wine List link under each different Partner Restaurants.

Bacchus Points

The reward points earned and redeemed under the Bacchus Club reward program. Please note that Bacchus Points have no direct cash value and can only be redeemed as discounts for future purchases of wines from the Cellar Wine List through a Partner Restaurant.

Eligible Purchase

A purchase that qualifies for earning or redeeming Bacchus Points. For a purchase to be considered an Eligible Purchase, it must be a wine bottle purchased from the Cellar Wine List through a Partner Restaurant. Each bottle eligible for Bacchus Club Reward Program comes with an unique Bacchus Club bottle tag with a QR code that can be scanned to earn and redeem points.

Considered Value

The MSRP of the wine bottle in an Eligible Purchase.

Terms and Conditions

1. Members agree to receive announcements from Bacchus Club including but not limited to wine events, marketing contents, promotions, and updates of the terms.
2. Members may earn Bacchus Points at the rate of 10 points per dollar the next day from successfully claiming the Eligible Purchase through the web page linked to the unique QR code on the Bacchus Club bottle tag.
3. Previously earned Bacchus Points will be redeemed at 1 cent per point upon successfully claiming an Eligible Purchase. The total amount redeemed cannot exceed the Considered Value of the Eligible Purchase.
4. Each Eligible Purchase can only be claimed once. Bacchus Club reserves the right to void the redemption and the reward of Bacchus Points if more than one member tries to claim an Eligible Purchase or the redemption is deemed to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms based on Bacchus Club's discretion.
5. Each earned Bacchus Point will expire one month after the Eligible Purchase (or one month after being awarded if points were earned through other channels).
6. If a new member is registered through another member's referral link, the referring member will be awarded 2000 Bacchus Points upon the new member's first successful claim of an Eligible Purchase.
7. Bacchus Club reserves the right to modify these terms, including the termination of the program, without prior notice.
