Just-In-Time Delivery

Our inventory features a diverse selection of hundreds of professionally curated wines, all available for delivery within 5 to 10 minutes after an order is placed. This allows restaurants to utilize our shared inventory without the need to purchase wines upfront. They can order wines only when their customers request them, eliminating the need for initial cash investments, the risk of unsold inventory, and the operational overhead associated with inventory management and storage. This model is designed to maximize profitability.

Bacchus Concierge

Our personalized wine concierge service refers wine connoisseurs to partner restaurants at no cost to guests and restaurants and no committment to setting aside tables. If needed, partner restaurants can even pick and choose wines selections from Chu's Wine's inventory and offer to guests on pre-order basis to attract more customers without holding any inventory. We've curated the best quality-to-price ratio BTG candidate wines from large number of suppliers. Unlike traditional wholesalers where restaurants get stuck with slow movers, we offer flexible testing with just 1 bottles—no minimums, free delivery. Our sommelier team even proactively monitors performance and suggests optimizations to maximize your BTG success.
